To inscribe ordinals, users are required to have a Bitcoin full node and a wallet compatible with the "ord" protocol, and by utilizing the "ord" utility, they can create inscriptions using commands like ord wallet inscribe, and then transfer these inscribed satoshis through Bitcoin transactions.
