Sparrow wallet is great for having full control over your sats but of course offers no connectivity to Bitcoin dApps. This guide will show you how to restore your Sparrow wallet to your Unisat wallet for safe sat spending!
Get the backup of your seed phrase for Sparrow. It should be 12-24 words.
Go to Unisat, go to the top right corner, click the switch account button (Should say your wallet name) then click the + button to add a new wallet
Click "Restore from mnemonics"
Choose "Sparrow Wallet"
Enter in your 12 or 24 word recovery phrase
Choose "Native Segwit" KEEP PASSPHRASE BLANK, KEEP CUSTOM HD PATH BLANK
You have now imported your wallet! Press the arrow to view more wallets. Now, here's where it gets interesting
Sparrow can generate unlimited addresses for one seed phrase. - Say that you want to get address 5, starting from the first address on your address list
Go back to Unisat, go to the switch account tab, press the + button 4 times to get to the 5th wallet address in your seed phrase in Unisat (because your first wallet imported counts as 1)
Congrats! Now you have imported your seed phrase and 5th wallet address in your sparrow list! You can now use your sparrow wallet on Unisat and inscribe rare sats without having to send them out from your sparrow!
